1. Adjust the distance between the seat and the pedal. If the distance between the seat and the pedal is large, the driver will be more comfortable to stretch his legs, but the accuracy and strength of the pedal will be poor. On the other hand, if the distance between the seat and the pedal is small, the legs and feet are easily fatigued. The adjustment method is to push the seat back, so that the left leg can naturally and easily press the clutch pedal.
  
2. Adjust around the steering wheel. According to the different heights and arm lengths of different people, it is necessary to consider that the hands are naturally stretched out and easy to rotate, and the elbows and shoulders are relaxed at the same time, and the height of the steering wheel is about 10 cm lower than the shoulders.
  
3. Adjust the backrest. The more the backrest is tilted back, the more comfortable the person feels, but too much tilt will affect the steering of the car, so keep the proper tilt.
  
4. Adjust the height of the driver's seat. The main principle is that when the driver's eyes are level, the line of sight can fall on the center line of the front windshield, so that the best vision can be maintained.
